Ok, so now we've got some decent, rough ideas for some events we want in the story, we need 12/13 of them, and we've got just a handful right now. So we know that the story will probably start by throwing the player straight into some action to really get a feel for the character and to try to convey to the player that this character that they are going to be playing is a highly skilled assassin. We are also going to have, at some point near the beginning of the story a tragic event where the main character's close family (probably parents) will be killed and this will cause the MC to go insane and do something he'll later regret. Now I just need to start thinking of the different events we could have in the story.
